The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs & Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) conducted a comprehensive analysis of wastewater from 88 European cities across 24 countries, including Luxembourg. Samples from Mamer, Mersch, and Boevange treatment plants were positive for six different types of narcotics.
